Born in Sardinia and shaped around the table, Domo is about food the way it’s meant to be eaten: slowly, together, and without overthinking it. Plates for the middle. Bottles shared. Dinner that runs longer than planned.

At the heart of everything we do is "Fatto in casa", which means "made in house". The bread, the pasta, the sauces - all made on site, by hand, every day. It’s the way we were taught, the way our families cook, and the only way that makes sense to us. It takes more time. It takes more care. And you can taste the difference.

The menu takes its lead from our home town, Castelsardo in Sardinia - handmade pasta, slow-cooked meats, seafood, wood-fired pizza seasonal vegetables, and dishes designed to be shared. Alongside the food, a wine list that stays as Sardinian as possible, with a few Italian favourites we love, plus aperitivo, cocktails, and all the good things that happen before and after dinner.

You’ll find Domo Leeds at Tower Works, bringing that same relaxed, welcoming energy - from long lunches to late dinners, first dates to big tables, aperitivo to the last glass poured.
